Our Easton office is moving! We are relocating to 611 Dutchmans Lane, Suite A, Easton MD 21601. WIC participants with an appointment on or after August 31 in Easton should arrive at our new location. The WIC PreScreening Tool can help you determining if you may be eligible to receive WIC benefits. This is not an application for WIC benefits. To apply for WIC benefits, you must call to make an appointment with Mid-Shore WIC. The WIC PreScreening Tool takes approximately 10 minutes to complete.
